Plenty of us have made a purchase that we later changed our mind about, or the item didn’t fit, or arrived damaged. Whatever your reason, it is crucial that you’re able to get your money back! So, we only partner with companies that have quick and easy returns and refunds policies.

Pet Ratties does not sell any products directly. All products displayed on our website are from reputable and trusted websites, such as Amazon and Etsy. We work with them on an affiliate partnership basis; please visit our About Us page for more information on our affiliate work. This means you’ll need to contact the merchant directly (from the list above) to request a refund.

If you have any trouble finding which merchant the product came from, please contact us via contact@puffinsites.com, with the name of your product and we’ll be able to find which website we have partnered with for that product.

Sadly, we are unable to offer any legal advice or financial support for any issues with returns and refunds.

Please note, that you may experience difficulty returning items that are perishable such as food, hazardous materials, and some health and personal care items, although this is at the discretion of the merchant’s website that you purchased the item from.
